Returns and Refunds

1. We accept eligible items for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unused, in sellable condition (meaning unworn, unwashed, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags intact), have original tags attached, and include proof of purchase. Returns are completely free.

2. You may exchange your raiaex product for another item of equal or greater value, subject to current store availability. You will be required to pay any upward price difference.

3. If you choose a refund for your raiaex product, it will be issued directly to your original payment method.

4. Refund amounts are calculated based on the net price paid for the item on your receipt. Any coupon or voucher applied to the purchase is considered used; it will not be refunded or reinstated, and will be deducted from your total refund.

5. Purchases made using a gift card cannot be refunded.

6. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Items sold at a discount due to pre-existing defects or faults are final sale and cannot be returned.

8. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description, please contact us at support@raiaex.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
